Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Maintain annual budget and perform quarterly variance analysis
  • Preparation and posting of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with educating, training and managing finance team
  • Back-up for full cycle payroll and related accounting and administration tasks
  • Back-up for group benefit administration
  • Fine tune/enhance the existing financial, payroll and human resources processes and procedures
  • Document policies and procedures
  • Participate in projects, analysis and preparation of reports

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma with a specialty in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Highly developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Detail oriented and hands-on approach
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Sage 300 ERP and ADP Pay@Work
